If you complain about one of our products, then something is not as you expect. That is not as it should be.

For analysis, please send your product with postage paid to the address mentioned below. This will help us to identify weak points in our products and give us the opportunity to improve our tools.

To fill out the PDF form we recommend to download the document via "Save target as ...".

Please fill out the document "Form-Complaint-en-UK.pdf" and add it to your return package. This allows us to work and react to your complaint more efficiently.
